Three cages stacked vertically:
Cage 1 (Bottom): Full‑size ring, weapons everywhere, pinfalls allowed.
Cage 2 (Middle): Smaller cage with ladders, tables, and the penalty box.

The title begins in the top cage.
To become eligible, a wrestler must

score a pinfall or submission in any cage.
The pinned wrestler goes to

the penalty box for 2 minutes.
Once eligible, a wrestler must climb through

all three cages, retrieve the belt, and exit

the bottom cage door

with the title in hand to win.
